How long does a full detail take?
A full detail (interior + exterior) takes about 3.5–4 hours. We don't rush — your car gets the time it needs to look its best.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as we have access to the vehicle, a water source, and a power outlet, we're good to go. Just let us know the details when you book.
What products do you use?
We use trusted, paint-safe products including P&S Express Interior cleaner, professional glass cleaner, and Chemical Guys car wash & wax. All safe for your paint and interior surfaces.
Do you need water and electricity?
Yes — for mobile details we need access to both a water source (hose bib) and a power outlet. If you're not sure about your setup, just ask and we'll figure it out.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, just let us know more than an hour before your appointment — no charge. Cancellations within one hour of the scheduled time have a $50 fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due when the detail is complete.
What happens if it rains?
We'll reschedule your detail at no charge. We keep an eye on the weather and will reach out if we need to move your appointment.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For the average driver, we recommend a full detail every 3 months (quarterly). If you drive a lot or have pets, more frequent detailing helps keep things fresh. Ask about our recurring client plans!
What's the difference between a car wash and a detail?
A regular car wash can actually scratch your paint and create swirl marks — and it doesn't touch the fine details. A detail goes much deeper: we clean every surface inside and out, protect your paint, and get into all the spots a car wash misses. Your car comes out looking (and feeling) completely different.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes! Ceramic coating provides long-lasting paint protection that keeps your car looking freshly waxed for months. Contact us for pricing.
What about engine bay cleaning or headlight restoration?
Those services are coming soon! We're expanding our offerings and will update the site when they're available.
Can you remove pet hair and stains?
Absolutely. Pet hair removal and stain removal are available as add-ons to any detail. Just let us know when you book.
